You'll play a key role in leading the creative direction and execution of our digital materials to drive engagement, build trust and increase conversions.

Product You’ll Focus On: RamseyTrusted -  Investing & Tax

Team You’ll Grow With: 130+ person creative team.

What Winning Looks Like:  

  • Build & lead the creative organization for the RamseyTrusted Investing & Tax CX business
  • Align & advance the RamseyTrusted, Investing and Tax brand experiences including SmartVestor, Ramsey SmartTax and Tax Pros
  • Lead brand strategy and creative campaigns to drive business outcomes
  • Provide creative direction and leadership to a team of designers, copywriters and product designers
  • Develop creative digital campaigns including email, landing pages, social media ads, etc.

Skills Needed to Win:  

  • 8+ years of experience in creative design, content or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading a creative team
  • Experience in financial services, investing or tax industry is a plus
