As an Accounts Receivable Specialist on the RamseyTrusted Real Estate Team, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all referral payments from our real estate professionals.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, maintaining detailed financial records and providing outstanding customer service to the real estate pros that super serve our fans.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Collect and process all payments by the end of the month
- Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable using Excel and NetSuite
- Communicate effectively with real estate pros to resolve payment issues, answer inquiries and provide account information in a timely manner
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Skills Needed to Win:
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- 1-2 years in accounting or accounts receivable role (Collections experience is a plus)
- 1-2 years in Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Experience with NetSuite or similar financial software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies
$52,000 - $56,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
