The Ramsey Network team is looking for an Advertising Sales Account Executive!
We're seeking a passionate sales professional who understands Ramsey Solutions' mission and is eager to negotiate Advertising and Sponsor partnerships that will serve our loyal fans well.
Ramsey Network exists to promote financial literacy, freedom and wealth building. The Ramsey Show is the 2nd largest nationally syndicated radio program, with over 1 BILLION podcast downloads. Our Network also includes shows with leading voices in Mental Health, Relationships, Career, and Business Leadership.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Prospect, Qualify, Negotiate and Onboard new media advertisers and strategic partnerships
- Establish and nurture direct client, and advertising agency relationships
- Collaborate with Relationship Management team to manage campaign strategy, upsell and renew existing partnerships within the Ramsey Media network
- Work cross-functionally to generate and present performance reports supporting advertising and sponsorship ROI initiatives
Skills Need to Win:
- 3-5+ years of Sales. Corporate Sponsorships and Media, Digital or Advertising Sales experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience engaging executive-level decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Team player with collaborative spirit
Targeted Compensation $120,000 - $150,000/year* (includes base and commission)
*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
