You will drive strategic marketing initiatives focused on both top of funnel awareness and building a healthy customer funnel to increase the quality of leads to our providers.

What Winning Looks Like:     

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to produce objectives and key results
  • Improving our digital marketing strategy through collaboration with internal teams (such as Product Managers), customer interviews and data exploration using Segment and other tools
  • Create and execute healthy marketing plans using an omnichannel marketing approach (utilizing paid media, social media, SEO, CRO, and email marketing) to hit team goals
  • Maintain campaign planning and calendaring of marketing activities
  • Lead the charge on understanding the key budget drivers of present and future performance within your area of responsibility to inform monthly revenue goals
  • Manage the budget that drives the marketing plan

Skills Needed to Win:     

  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience where you can explain how you analyze a marketing funnel and determine where to start with improving it
  • Current experience and passion for looking at data, surfacing insights and making recommendations to stakeholders based on these
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

$59,000 - $90,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits    

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience
