As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you would be working with our CTBK internal Finance team to complete various daily/weekly/monthly tasks and projects. This position is full-time, onsite, and may require overtime.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts receivable using accounting software
- Establishing and maintaining AR dialogs with Partners and Managers
- Accurately and timely track past due invoices from 60 days to collection
- Ensuring client payments are entered in an accurate manner while adhering to procedures
- Accurately processing and transmitting client payments
- Interact with team and respond timely to routine requests
- Maintain client updates in firm software
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Responsive and detail oriented
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality
- Motivated and reliable team player
- Driven to provide exemplary client service
- Eager to learn and actively shares ideas
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with AR, Collections, and/or QuickBooks
Pay:
• $23 per hour
