As a full-time or part-time Accounting Clerk in our Outsourced Accounting Solutions (OAS) division, your core responsibilities would focus on performing accounting duties for multiple clients.    

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support for the OAS team
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Data entry for financial transactions
  • Prepare bank deposits, genera ledger posting and statements
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Research, track and restore accounting and other related documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Compile reports and summaries 
  • Communicate with OAS team

Required Skills:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software packages
  • Competency in MS Office (excel and word) are required
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong willingness to team and collaborate to complete projects and tasks
  • Ability to work with and build meaningful relationships with multiple levels within the Firm
  • High degree of professionalism & confidentiality
