Responsibilities

 

Performs principal consulting duties as Integration Developer on Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives.  Responsible for managing and executing the requirements, analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of the Oracle Cloud HCM Development components. Executes assigned project tasks within established schedule. Recognizes business process inefficiencies and recommends improvements. Performs research on problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause, and identifies corrective measures. Seeks opinions and feedback on alternative solutions and implements those that have been agreed upon by the team. Completes own assignments on time and with quality and suggests opportunities for quality and process improvements. US Citizen Required.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud conversion and integration tools such as SOA, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDL, or other cloud-based tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud Services3+ years of experience with Oracle SOA.
  • 2+ years of experience with MFT (managed file transfer) A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Security+ Certification (or other 8570 Certification) – must obtain within 6 months.
