- Develop and maintain retailer-level analytics, including sell-through performance, margin contribution, and account-level profitability.
- Build and refine dashboards and reporting tools that give the business real-time visibility into retail performance trends.
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on key business drivers to support management decision-making.
2. Product Reporting
- Lead financial reporting at the product level, tracking revenue, margins, and profitability across the portfolio.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to develop and maintain product P&Ls, enabling clear accountability for product-level financial outcomes.

3. Pricing Support
- Serve as the primary finance partner for pricing decisions across the NA market, providing data-driven analysis on price elasticity, competitive positioning, and margin impact.
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of the company's pricing frameworks and discount structures.
- Evaluate promotional pricing scenarios and trade investments against financial thresholds and return expectations.
4. Marketing & Sales Finance Support
- Act as the embedded finance partner to Marketing and Sales leadership, supporting investment decisions, campaign ROI analysis, and trade spend optimization.
- Provide financial modeling and analytical support for marketing plans, sales initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing financial performance against plan, flagging risks and opportunities proactively.
5. MFN Calculations
- Own and manage the Most Favored Nation (MFN) calculation process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Partner with legal, commercial, and operations teams to ensure MFN processes are well-documented and audit-ready.
- Continuously improve the MFN methodology and reporting in response to evolving commercial arrangements.
6. Province & Regional Analysis
- Deliver granular financial analysis at the provincial level, providing visibility into regional revenue trends, regulatory impacts, and market performance.
- Support market entry analysis and ongoing provincial performance reviews with actionable financial insights.
- Track and report on provincial regulatory and tax changes that affect the financial performance of the business.
7. International Revenue & Financials
- Own the financial reporting and analysis for international revenue streams, ensuring accurate classification, tracking, and consolidation.
- Partner with global finance to ensure international financial flows are correctly reflected in corporate reporting.
- Support the development of business cases for international market expansion and strategic initiatives.
8. Sales Forecasting (Future Capability)
- Lead the design and build-out of a rigorous sales forecasting capability for the North American business, incorporating market data, commercial pipeline, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Partner with commercial leadership to establish forecast cadence, submission standards, and review processes.
- Over time, evolve the forecasting function into a predictive, data-driven capability that supports agile commercial decision-making.
