Operations Summer Intern
Description
The position will be rotational between Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and Alliance Management/Project Management and will contribute to the asset integration and technical transfer process to Cosette’s selected CMO. In this role, the candidate will be assigned and directly support Cosette’s projects pertaining to project management, technical reviews and assessments of protocols/batch records, and supply/materials planning. Responsibilities will include engagement across all interdepartmental and external stakeholders.
2. Assist in reviewing manufacturing and packaging batch records and protocols/reports and monitoring manufacturing and packaging processes for oral solid dosage products at the external CMO.
3. Assist in planning and supply continuity for Supply Chain, as well as supporting external projects across 3rd party.
Position Requirements
Educational Major Preferred: Business Administration/Management, Sciences
Experience/Skills Preferred:
• Excellent interpersonal and information management skills and be comfortable interacting with different functional groups and leaders
• Demonstrated experience in leading / managing and driving cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Project Management tools/software such as MS Project, SharePoint, One Note, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
