Coretelligent’s Strategic Services Engineer will partner with the Senior Vice President of Strategic Services to drive revenue growth with current clients. In this role, the Strategic Services Engineer will help identify projects and customized IT solutions that address our clients’ unique requirements. You will need to establish technical credibility and have a deep understanding of Coretelligent’s service offerings and possess the ability to effectively demonstrate our value to our current clients. In addition, you will participate in strategy meetings and go to client sites to assess their needs and determine how Coretelligent can best address them.


About the Technology

You should have familiarity with following technologies. Specifically, you should understand how they fit together holistically, and how they drive value for clients:

  • Cybersecurity
  • Cloud-based file systems (Egnyte, Box, SharePoint/ODFB, etc.)
  • Cloud technology models (SaaS, DaaS, IaaS, DRaaS)
  • Mobile Device Management (Intune, Airwatch, MAAS360)
  • Networking topology and components (firewalls, switches, routers)
  • Server Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)
  • Email Solutions (Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, GSuite)
  • Remote Access Solutions (RDS, Citrix, VPN)
  • Wireless technology (Meraki, Extreme, HP)
  • SAN vendor experience (Dell/EqualLogic/Compellent, NetApp, EMC)
  • VMware and/or other virtualization platforms
  • Familiarity with working with third party vendors to obtain price quotes that support the following: Phone systems, Bandwidth links, Audio/video systems and video conferencing, Security systems, Print/copy

You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to develop professional rapport with team members and clientele at all levels (individual contributor through C-level).  You excel in team environments but can also work autonomously. You are a creative problem solver with successful experience developing action plans and driving issues to resolution.  You thrive in a fast-paced environment where your dedication and strong time management skills can be fully utilized and appreciated.
