Description

The Operations Coordinator will assist with day-to-day program operations, support reporting and documentation efforts, and help ensure smooth communication across internal teams and client sites. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized processes and supporting program success across multiple locations.

Position Description:
· Support day-to-day operations of the Health Scholars Program across multiple client sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency in program delivery
· Provide administrative and coordination support for recurring operational activities (e.g., events, webinars, surveys, meetings, and trainings)
· Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
· Maintain, update, and organize documentation related to operational workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment of program priorities and organizational initiatives
· Contribute to process improvement efforts and new initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and supporting implementation of solutions
· Support with vendor relationships, including tracking performance, managing communications, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
· Support the planning and execution of special projects, including task coordination, timeline tracking, and follow-up on key deliverables
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Past participation in the Health Scholar Program Leadership Team preferred
· 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
· Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel proficiency preferred)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
