Analyst, Healthcare Financial Analytics (Actuarial Track)
Description
The Analyst, Healthcare Financial Analytics functions as a junior actuary embedded within the finance team, responsible for the financial analysis of claims and healthcare data across Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Health Plans. This role builds and maintains key actuarial and financial analytics — including IBNR, reserves, accruals, and risk/trend modeling — and translates complex claims and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior financial leadership. The Analyst will serve as the finance lead on select financial analyses, working directly with database-level claims data and collaborating with senior actuaries at client partners as well as senior financial leadership within CHS.
This role is well suited to a candidate with a strong healthcare finance foundation who holds an actuarial designation (ASA or higher) or is actively pursuing one, and who is looking to grow into broader financial leadership responsibilities within a healthcare finance function.
