Who We’re Looking For
Copa Health is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach that is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment where members can achieve long-term recovery and wellness. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize personal recovery experience to mentor and support others.
  • Advocate for comprehensive, individualized services for program participants.
  •  Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with CARF, contract, and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.

Qualifications

  • Must be Age 21+ with High School Diploma/GED
  • Peer Support Certification (or complete within 90 days)
  • Lived Experience meeting AHCCCS Peer Support requirements
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card eligibility
  • Valid AZ Driver’s License with clean record & reliable transportation (80% field-based work)
  • Physical ability to meet job demands (standing/walking 70-90%, lifting up to 50 lbs)
