Copa Health is looking for an experienced, independently licensed behavioral health professional to join our Clinical Education & Workforce Development team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about clinical supervision, professional development, and building pathways into the behavioral health workforce. This role will our master's level internship program, help expand educational partnerships and opportunities for bachelor's-level and other behavioral health students, and provide clinical supervision to professionals working toward independent licensure.

What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee Copa Health’s master’s-level training program, including placement, orientation, supervision, evaluation, and ongoing program development.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and behavioral health education programs.
- Coordinate bachelor’s-level internships, practicums, field experiences, and other behavioral health workforce pipeline opportunities.
- Partner with People First, Clinical Education, and operational leaders to create pathways from student placement to employment and career advancement.
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to master’s-level interns and Practicum Students within the scope of professional licensure.
- Provide approved clinical supervision to eligible Copa Health clinicians working toward independent licensure.
- Ensure internship and clinical supervision programs meet applicable academic, licensing, regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
- Track program participation, completion, conversion to employment, licensure development, and other workforce development outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
- Independently licensed behavioral health professional in Arizona.
- Meets applicable Arizona licensing board requirements to provide clinical supervision.
- Minimum five years of behavioral health experience.
- Experience providing clinical supervision, training, or professional development.
- Experience working with students, interns, academic programs, or workforce development initiatives preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, program coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
Preferred Experience
- Experience developing or managing internship, practicum, or academic partnership programs.
- Experience supervising clinicians pursuing independent licensure.
- Knowledge of behavioral health workforce development and career pathway strategies.
