We are seeking candidates for full-time positions for Case Management Opportunities these include:
- Case Manager ($18.50 - $22.50)
- Case Manager Lead ($23.00)
- Intensive Case Manager ($19.05-$23.17)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School degree required, and minimum four (4) years of experience in behavioral health and SMI, or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with one (1) year of related experience.
- Case Managers are required to have the ability to transport members using their own vehicle. To meet this requirement, they must possess:
- A valid Arizona (AZ) driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Current auto insurance and registration
- Currently have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card with no restrictions, or the ability to obtain one within 8 weeks of hire.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
