We are seeking candidates for full-time positions for Case Management Opportunities these include:
  • Case Manager ($18.50 - $22.50)
  • Case Manager Lead ($23.00)
  • Intensive Case Manager ($19.05-$23.17)
Minimum Qualifications:  
  • High School degree required, and minimum four (4) years of experience in behavioral health and SMI, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with one (1) year of related experience.
  • Case Managers are required to have the ability to transport members using their own vehicle. To meet this requirement, they must possess:
    • A valid Arizona (AZ) driver's license
    • A clean driving record
    • Current auto insurance and registration
  • Currently have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card with no restrictions, or the ability to obtain one within 8 weeks of hire.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
