Who We're looking for
We’re seeking a Full-Time Site Administrator to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Site Administrator provides operational leadership for an assigned outpatient Health Home(s) and is responsible for ensuring exceptional member care, operational excellence, workforce engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. In partnership with the Clinical Director, this position oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Copa Health's mission, strategic priorities, and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities 
  • Directs the daily operations of assigned outpatient clinic(s) to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversees operational workflows to improve access, member experience, and clinic efficiency.
  • Ensures clinic readiness and compliance with organizational policies, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborates with organizational leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and supervision to multidisciplinary staff.
  • Oversees recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, retention, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Conducts regular leadership and staff meetings to communicate organizational priorities, operational updates, and performance expectations.
  • Partners with People First (HR) on employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, corrective action, and workforce planning.
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field required. 
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services leading multidisciplinary teams. 
  • Experience managing operational performance, budgets, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance preferred.
