💰 Hourly Pay: $14.70 - $16.00

We seek a Peer Recovery Coach passionate about providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with mental illness.

Minimum Requirements:
✔ Age 21+ with High School Diploma/GED
✔ Peer Support Certification (or complete within 90 days)
✔ Lived Experience meeting AHCCCS Peer Support requirements
✔ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card eligibility
✔ Valid AZ Driver’s License with clean record & reliable transportation (80% field-based work)
✔ Physical ability to meet job demands (standing/walking 70-90%, lifting up to 50 lbs)
✔ Culturally diverse & inclusive mindset

🔹 Utilize personal recovery experience to mentor and support others.
🔹 Advocate for comprehensive, individualized services for program participants.
🔹 Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
🔹 Maintain compliance with CARF, contract, and regulatory standards.
🔹 Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
