Who We Need
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Housing and Community Support Services. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure our operations, services, and environments meet the highest levels of quality and performance consistent with Copa Health policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight of everyday operations and strategic planning activities for Community Living, In-home Supports, and Behavioral Health Services Residential programs.
  • Implement and maintain quality management initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
  • Develop and execute preparedness and risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and ensure program continuity.
  • Lead business planning and budgeting efforts to optimize resources and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and governing body requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Housing and Community Support Services department.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • MBA with a minimum of five years of leadership experience in long-term care and complex care experience.
  • Hospital administration experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of and ability to meet regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.
  • Must be able to possess and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to improve program performance and client outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of quality management, risk assessment, business planning, and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
