Copa Health is seeking a Operations Purchasing Manager responsible for the procurement and distribution of operational supplies across behavioral health programs, including office supplies, medical supplies, facility supplies, and program equipment. This role supports multiple service sites and ensures staff have the resources needed to provide quality care.
This position will work on-site at our Administration Office in Mesa, AZ.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition through delivery.
- Coordinate weekly supply orders through the centralized ordering process.
- Purchase equipment and supplies for new programs and facilities.
- Maintain vendor documentation including W9s and Certificates of Insurance.
- Support Accounts Payable with invoice matching and uploads.
- Track procurement metrics and spending trends.
- Collaborate with Finance and program leadership on purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional procurement or purchasing experience.
- Experience with vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, contracts, and procurement systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
