Who We Need:
  • Must Have: Peer Certificate, Personal Vehicle, AZ Driver's License, Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Help implement quality, person-centered programs, adhering to agency standards.
Qualifications:
  • At least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Peer Support Certification preferred or to be completed within 90 days.
  • Personal experience in line with AHCCCS peer support requirements.
  • Level One fingerprint clearance.
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting 50 lbs.
  • Work 80% in the field, 20% in the office.
Job Summary:
  • Use your recovery experience to coach others.
  • Advocate, implement, and coordinate individualized services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with CARF, licensure, and regulations.
  • Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings and act as a liaison when needed.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.
