Starting Pay: $15.15–$17/hour DOE

What You’ll Do
As a DSP II, you will provide hands-on support and mentorship to individuals in home and community-based settings:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, hygiene)
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe transportation
- Help individuals engage in community activities (outings, volunteering, skill-building)
- Teach life skills and promote independence using individualized service plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Respond calmly and effectively in behavioral or emergency situations
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or disabilities (preferred)
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (documentation, systems, etc.)
- Valid AZ driver’s license & clean driving record (if driving is required)
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and assist individuals (50+ lbs., team lift)
- Frequent standing, bending, and movement throughout shift
- Comfortable working in home and community environments
