Who We Need:
- Must Have: Peer Certificate, Personal Vehicle, AZ Driver's License, Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Help implement quality, person-centered programs, adhering to agency standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Peer Support Certification preferred or to be completed within 90 days.
- Personal experience in line with AHCCCS peer support requirements.
- Level One fingerprint clearance.
- Valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting 50 lbs.
- Work 80% in the field, 20% in the office.
Job Summary:
- Use your recovery experience to coach others.
- Advocate, implement, and coordinate individualized services.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with CARF, licensure, and regulations.
- Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
- Participate in meetings and act as a liaison when needed.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
