We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse at our East Valley Integrated Outpatient Treatment Center working with adult SMI.
Pay range: $70,720-79,040/ annually DOE

Who We Need
Provides nursing services to participants primarily assigned to a specific clinic. May cover other clinics. Services include engagement, assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, education and supportive psychotherapy. Has an assigned caseload and is available as needed to any consumer assigned to their clinic. Participates in utilization management and quality improvement activities as required.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills, experience and credentials:
Minimum Requirements
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Nursing program with licensure by the Arizona State Board of Nursing as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Minimum experience of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Vehicle, valid AZ Driver’s License, state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain the company’s acceptable driving requirements.
Job Duties
- Serves as nurse to assigned participants. Performs all duties required of nurses in this treatment system.
- Always covers other nurses and medical technicians in their clinic as needed. May cover other clinics as well.
- Documents all activities in the clinical record according to policy using approved forms, in a comprehensive, objective and legible manner.
- Practices according to evidence-based practices and Performance Improvement Protocols and Technical Assistance Documents.
- Practices according to the Copa recovery model and principles; knows and practices engagement skills including motivational interviewing; and assists participants to define and achieve their own recovery goals.
- Performs assessments as medically indicated and complete transfer summaries for continuity of care.
- Identifies potential barriers to quality care and opportunities for improvement and reports them to Lead Nurse.
- Participates in UM and QI activities as required.
- Follows all policies and procedures.
- Perform specialized duties as required by special clinical situations or treatment populations consistent with license and scope of practice.
- To ensure compliance & adequate services, additional job duties may be required to meet the needs of the program and or department.
