Office Administrator


The Office Administrator performs a variety of general office activities as needed.

Essential Functions

  • Assists with accounts receivable and payable duties such as billing, collections, disbursements, expenses, and account reconciliations
  • Acts as a receptionist by answering incoming phone calls and transferring or relaying messages
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment and reorder of office supplies when needed
  • Work with Branch Manager in branch functions
  • Serves as HR liaison for Corporate
  • Additional duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1+ years progressive administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excel experience and skills required 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong PC and systems skills required, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of general accounting and financial processes 
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and planning skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.

Physical Demands

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
