The Warehouse Associate helps ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently by assisting the Senior Branch Coordinator in any specialty projects assigned, including warehouse duties, tracking inventory, and general errands.

Essential Functions

  • Organizing warehouse & receiving of material into the software system
  • Assist with tracking of returned materials
  • Assist with inventory
  • Assist with vehicle feet
  • Assist Branch Coordinators and Project Managers
  • General errands
  • Other relative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Current and valid US driver’s license
  • Experience driving company vehicles preferred
  • Experience using AutoTask for inventory management preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test

  • Proficient with general office applications
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand and walk for much of the day.  Ability to lift 5-25 pounds frequently and ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment

Other conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Worker is subject to frequent heavy lifting.
