Part-Time BCBA Opportunity-Flexible Scheduling

Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth? Join us in an exciting moonlighting opportunity at a youth residential rehabilitation facility in New Castle, DE.

Enjoy a highly competitive hourly pay rate working up to 17 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Essential Duties:

• The BCBA will perform all tasks necessary to assess identified youth.
• Develop Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA),
• Educate department staff and family on the youth’s FBA.
• Coach staff and family through the implementation of FBA.
• Provide feedback to the youth’s team.
• The BCBA will provide education and consultation to staff as needed and collaborate with department staff, families, and any other members of the youth team both by email and phone communication, and attendance at meetings.
• Additionally, the BCBA will collect data to assess satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications:
•Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

•Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

•Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges, preferably in a residential or clinical setting.

•Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.
