Facility Physical Environment: Residential & Crisis Stabilization treatment facility

Position requires DE licensure- either LCSW or LPCMH

Job Duties:

• Complete bi-weekly clinical hospital reviews for both children and adolescents currently in DE inpatient units.  These are telephone reviews. Reviews are documented in our electronic medical record system.

• Complete continued stay and updated authorizations in our electronic FOCUS system to ensure appropriate billing data is collected.

• Clinical reviews for DE children and adolescents in both state and out of state residential treatment facilities.  This review consists of a telephone review and written progress review. 

• Complete continued stay and authorizations for children in residential programs.

• Applicants should have knowledge of DSM-V diagnoses, the least restrictive practices and some experience completing clinical reviews.
