Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and progress assessments and develop clinical treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide weekly direct check-ins with each client on your caseload in the home, community, or center setting.
- Conduct parent/guardian/caregiver training on the implementation of behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data for progress reporting
- Provide clinical direction, training, and support to behavioral technicians
- Facilitate coordination of care with other treatment and service providers
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree
- Must have experience supervising behavioral health programs in the home, school, or center-based settings.
- Experience developing behavior intervention and clinical treatment plans.
- Prior experience supervising behavior technicians (preferred).
- 6+ months experience working with adolescents and/or adults (preferred).
- Experience implementing caregiver training (preferred).
