• Establish the 'score' for responsible AI agent development, defining standards, procedures, and accountability policies. 
• Cultivate and lead a technically brilliant 'section' of the orchestra, fostering high motivation and continuous excellence. 
• Use creativity and vision to compose novel solutions, going beyond traditional arrangements to create truly innovative 'performances' that drive business results. 

• You are an accomplished virtuoso with 5+ years of increasing and relevant experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technical fields, with specific expertise in autonomous agent development. An advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is your foundational 'theory'; a Ph.D. is highly preferred. 
• Deep technical mastery of modern AI instrumentation: large language models, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and responsible AI practices. 
• A proven track record of leading 'concerts' that successfully delivered AI products to market with demonstrated business impact. 
• The ability to translate complex AI research 'scores' into practical, production-ready 'performances'. 
• Experience navigating complex 'orchestral arrangements' in a highly matrixed organization, establishing buy-in to technical approaches and executing cross-functionally. 
• A solid understanding of software engineering 'harmony,' MLOps, and production deployment of AI systems.
