STARTING PAY RATE: $20 per hour, based on experience 

OBJECTIVE
Deliver prompt and professional member service, focusing on Clearview’s lending goals. Assist members with loan inquiries, applications, and cross-sales while promoting relevant products and services.
 
WORKING HOURS
  • Schedule based on operational needs, rotating shifts
  • Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
  • Saturday 9am-2pm

ONBOARDING AND TRAINING

  • Telecommuting available after initial training.
  • Initial training is in-person in the Moon Township location, for a period of 6- 8 weeks, subject to change. 
  • After initial training, this position is mostly remote; scheduled to work in the Moon location approximately 1 day every quarter, based on operational needs.
  • The start date is August 17, 2026
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months related experience
  • Call center and loan experience preferred
  • NMLS registration eligibility required
  • Strong service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with financial products and loan procedures
  • Demonstrates general knowledge of or willingness to learn how AI tools are being used in a responsible way to improve results, adapt workflows, and support a culture of innovation. 
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone and chat in general and specialty queues
  • Conduct interviews and set up loan applications
  • Pull and review credit reports; discuss with members
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate to loan officers
  • Maintain knowledge of loan policies, rates, and underwriting guidelines
  • Provide J.D. Power quotes for secured loans
  • Meet call volume and service KPIs
  • Educate members on products, services, and promotions
  • Participate in campaigns, trainings, and meetings
  • Share best practices and recommend process improvements
  • Cross-train in other lending areas (processing, real estate, etc.)
  • Adhere to all organizational policies related to information security, privacy, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, including completion of required training and protection of confidential information. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
