This is not a remote position. Candidates must currently be willing to work onsite. Therefore, we are only considering candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Allentown, PA facility.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding of new employees including preparation of new hire paperwork
- Daily employee interaction and floor presence: resolving issues, answering questions, and working with employees and managers to encourage a culture of positive employee relations.
- Ensures that all policies are implemented and enforced consistently and fairly.
- Provides updates and regular communication to the HR manager on building activity and escalates issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for managing all HR systems for areas of responsibility including ADP, HRIS, JDE, etc.
- Creates and maintains employee files and ensures all information is held in the strictest confidence.
- Perform other related job duties as required, within the scope of training and expertise
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years of previous HR experience required
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and payroll management systems required
- Proven ability to conduct employee training required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Salary range - $50,160-$62,700
