Now Hiring: Bilingual (Korean/English) Sales Executive
CJ Logistics is seeking a Sales Executive with a specialized focus on Korean business growth solutions. In this role, you will represent CJ Logistics at industry events, manage the RFP process, and execute lead-generating activities primarily focused on business expansion. As a critical member of our sales team, you will drive new business while cross-selling our diverse service channels to provide high-impact, customer-centric logistics solutions.

Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule; typically your schedule will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours may be required to support after-hours, weekends, or holidays when needed).
What You'll Do:
You will build market momentum and close enterprise-level business by matching client supply chain bottlenecks with our logistics capabilities.
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for Warehouse Management (WM) or Transportation Management (TM) to hit aggressive revenue goals.
Pipeline Development: Discover and pursue new logistics business opportunities using focused prospecting, network building, and deep market research.
Solutions Presenting: Draft and present sophisticated, client-centric proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our specialized services.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Actively market and cross-sell our full operational capabilities, including Freight Forwarding (FF) and Value-Added Services (VAS).
Relationship Management: Nurture long-term client connections to verify customer satisfaction and maximize brand loyalty.
Market Insight: Run comprehensive market and competitor analyses to discover emerging supply chain trends and shift sales strategy accordingly.
Performance Tracking: Closely monitor your overall sales performance and provide regular pipeline updates and visibility to executive leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in a client-facing logistics role or account management context, with a history of sales leadership success.
Enterprise Track Record: Proven background successfully closing large-scale engagements valued at $5 million or more annually.
Sales Craftsmanship: 5+ years of a proven track record utilizing strategic/solution selling methodologies to win complex, long-lead-time enterprise sales cycles.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred.
Voice of the Customer: Advanced capacity to engage, build immediate credibility, and document the strategic priorities and operational challenges of client executives.
Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication talent with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels horizontally and vertically.
Technical Setup: Strong proficiency in modern CRM platforms, sales process management tools, and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Korean is required.
