Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Attendant, Community Centres to support the day-to-day operations at all of our 14 Community Centres. Successful applicants must be highly motivated individuals who can work independently and responsibly in assessing and responding to situations.
The Neighbourhood Programs and Services (NPS) Division has 14 Community Centres throughout the City of Kitchener. Applicants must have the ability to work sensitively and effectively with people from various abilities, life situations and cultural backgrounds. Preference will be given to those who have worked with a varied clientele including street involved people, those suffering from mental health and addiction issues, and sensitive populations. Successful applicants for this position should be able to draw upon exceptional customer service skills and to be a great team player.
