 For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.

 
We are searching for a Licensed Psychologist to join our agency.

This position is based out of our offices at 314 South Manning Blvd Albany and reports to the Director of Clinical Services. This person will be part of our Center Health Clinic, which is an integrated health care practice. We are known for our quality of care for the people we support, which is at the heart of our mission.  Now, we are pleased to offer this same personalized, expert care to the entire community, including both primary care as well as a number of specialty services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group, or family counseling/psychotherapy, and to consult with other providers in the practice.
  • Provide both telehealth and in-person counseling/psychotherapy
  • Advocate for and develop plans to improve patients’ well-being.
  • Respond to patients in crisis situations
  • Complete psychological testing for eligibility determinations for pediatric and adult populations
  • Supervise doctoral level interns


Requirements
:

  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PsyD.)
  • Experience in completing Psychological testing for diagnosis and service eligibility (Preferred) 
  • Experience in Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities 

Rate of pay is commensurate on experience.
