The Contract Support Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing customer contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules. This role manages contract setup and maintenance within Salesforce, researches customer eligibility, and partners with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Review and interpret contract terms, applying established business rules accurately and consistently.
  • Verify customer eligibility through research and internal systems.
  • Process contracts and account maintenance requests through queue management within a CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Work with department manager, team members, and sales/field representatives on escalated issues.
  • Run reporting to identify trends which could lead to process improvements.
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives and assist with audits or special projects as needed.
 
What we’re looking for:
  • College degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract processing, billing operations, or data entry and research.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, lookups, and basic formulas) is a plus.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes.
