Contract Support Specialist
Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Review and interpret contract terms, applying established business rules accurately and consistently.
- Verify customer eligibility through research and internal systems.
- Process contracts and account maintenance requests through queue management within a CRM system (Salesforce).
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Work with department manager, team members, and sales/field representatives on escalated issues.
- Run reporting to identify trends which could lead to process improvements.
- Contribute to department-wide initiatives and assist with audits or special projects as needed.
- College degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in contract processing, billing operations, or data entry and research.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, lookups, and basic formulas) is a plus.
- Self-starter who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes.
