As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for completing a targeted phone and email contact campaign with our agency partners, adhering to project deadlines and providing stakeholder updates along the way. Using a variety of resources, you will document those efforts to allow our internal teams to build more powerful marketing campaigns. It is a unique opportunity to use your Customer Service skills to help our partner agencies serve their community needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Independently work on a proactive contact campaign with partnered agencies.
• Work to update existing account documentation with your findings
• Work collaboratively with internal retention and onboarding teams to support our customer base. 
• Provide weekly/bi-weekly updates to stakeholders.
