The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clinic’s daily operations and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of clinic management, including staffing, rostering, and workflow

• Managing financials, budgets, and reporting

• Leading, mentoring, and developing our talented team

• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and patient care

• Implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to optimise efficiency

• Supporting marketing, community engagement, and client relationships

• Proven leadership or management experience (veterinary or healthcare environment highly regarded)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
