About the Role: 

Positive Development is seeking an experienced implementation associate to help drive coverage of our developmental therapy with payers across the country. The implementation associate will be responsible for managing a key opportunity to provide developmental therapy in Southern Illinois.

Reporting to the Vice President of Payer Partnerships, you will work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to drive our payer strategy as we work to establish ourselves as the leading provider of pediatric developmental therapy in the country. 


  • Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes relating to partnership opportunities.
  • Lead implementation work related to payer, clinic operations, credentialing, and contracting in Southern Illinois.
  • Identify and build relationships with key executives internally and externally to deliver on expectations across projects.
  • Partner with PD operations and payer relationship team to manage status of in-network providers.
  • Support and help manage a wide variety of payer and growth initiatives.
  • Leverage internal PD tools to track progress, document status updates, escalate any issues.


  • BA or BS Degree 
  • 2-3+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, credentialing, business development, or network development
  • Healthcare industry background, Value Based Care a plus
  • Experience with cold outreach via phone, email and relationship building
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of independence and self-motivation to consistently exceed goals
  • Startup mentality with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skills
