Our Case Managers are key members of the therapeutic team at Positive Development. They work in collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Lead Mental Health Clinicians to provide a true developmental and trans-disciplinary approach of excellence to children and their families.    

We are seeking an authentic, joyful, growth-minded Case Manager to join our growing team.  

   

Daily Responsibilities Include:   

  • Provide support, training and mentorship to paraprofessionals delivering in-home and center-based developmental interventions 
  • Develop treatment plans and document clients’ progress 
  • Provide direct services to clients and family members in multiple settings such as in the client's home, centers, and via telehealth. 
  • Work in collaboration with other clinical team members, including Speech/Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Mental Health Clinicians to provide a high-quality, developmental treatment approach to children and their families. 
  • Support program development, lead training groups, or complete other administrative tasks as asked by team or center leadership 
  • Attend meetings led by operational support staff 

   

Requirements:   

  • Master's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with autistic children. Experience working with parents preferred. 
  • Ability to commute up to 20 miles 
  • Flexibility to work up to 20 direct client hours/week 
  • Bring a self-starting, initiative-taking, flexible “yes” attitude to work every day!
