ecommerce paid social specialist is actively seeking a commercially focused and results-driven E-commerce Paid Social Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing paid social campaigns across Funko’s suite of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands, including but not limited to,, and other affiliate DTC channel activations for both our US (primary) and EMEA markets. 
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in paid social strategies for DTC fast-paced consumer goods and demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics and a deep understanding of the Funko brand, a passion for pop culture, and a proven track record in optimizing paid social campaigns specifically for e-commerce platforms. 

What You’ll Do: 
Campaign Strategy and Execution: 
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize high impact paid social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with Funko's brand identity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social channels.
  • Craft compelling ad creatives and messaging designed to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
  • Proof-read all ads prior to launch to ensure proper linking, creative and copy.
  • Tailor campaigns to align with the unique characteristics of managing US & EMEA markets.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
  • Utilize advanced audience targeting tools to define and reach specific customer segments, maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of paid social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and leverage customer personas, ensuring precision in ad targeting.
Budget Management: 
  • Take a data-driven approach to effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with ambitious sales targets.
  • Dynamically adjust campaign budgets based on real-time performance insights to capitalize on high-performing opportunities.
Ad Creative Testing: 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop visually compelling and high-converting ad creatives that encapsulate the essence of Funko products.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad performance, with a sharp focus on click-through and conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting: 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of paid social campaign data, extracting actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular, performance-driven reports on key metrics and contribute to strategic adjustments to meet and exceed business goals.
Stay Updated on Social Media Trends: 
  • Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging features, leveraging this knowledge to capitalize on performance-driven opportunities.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas to keep at the forefront of performance-focused social media marketing in the pop culture space.
Commercial Focus and Entrepreneurial Mindset:
  • Approach paid social strategies with a clear commercial focus, understanding their direct impact on business growth.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by identifying and capitalizing on new performance-driven opportunities within the paid social landscape.
  • Collaborate cross functionally and directly with CRM Manager to find areas of efficiency and opportunity.
What You’ll Bring:  
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns for e-commerce platforms, with expertise in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and experienced in attribution modelling.
  • Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with managing campaigns in both US and EMEA markets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, results-driven and highly motivated.
  • Certifications in relevant social media advertising platforms are a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced direct to consumer brand is preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • The paid social specialist may be subject to global hours at times due to the global nature of the company and should be comfortable with this flexibility.
