As the Supply Planning Manager at Funko, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the supply planning team for both Funko and Loungefly businesses. You'll ensure the availability of inventory at the right time and quantity, manage inventory obsolescence through strategic sales recommendations, and mentor your team to excel in their roles. Monitoring item performance and providing purchase recommendations to drive sales will be central to your responsibilities. Your ability to navigate swiftly through projects, coupled with a passion for pop culture, will contribute to your success in this role. 
Your Superpowers in Action: 
  • Lead and oversee the Supply Planning team for both Funko and Loungefly business units.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Optimize Inventory Management:
  • Ensure timely and adequate availability of inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Implement strategies to minimize obsolescence and recommend sales approaches to mitigate inventory risks.
  • Serve as a mentor to the Supply Planning team, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
  • Monitor the performance of items in the inventory and provide data-driven purchase recommendations to drive sales and optimize stock levels.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing project requirements and market dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Drive process changes and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A genuine interest and passion for pop culture, with an understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry 
  • High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) business.
  • Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, Business Supply Chain, or other related technical degree.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105,000 - 130,000 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
