The team

Our perfect hire is a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, who can work closely with our Marketing, Product, Data, and Commercial teams to drive industry defining levels of growth. That might mean you are from a Conversion Optimisation (CRO) background, or perhaps you’ve worked in Data Analysis, Design or website management before. This is an opportunity to own and develop our online experiences, blending data and creative thinking to create and optimise user journeys across our website to drive more, higher quality leads into our funnel - if this sounds like you, then apply now!


        Own and optimise user journeys across our website, including onboarding new products, to drive high quality leads into our funnel

        Work with Product, Design and Engineering teams to create an efficient Experimentation Programme, using Optimizely to create and run A/B tests to continuously improve website performance

        Work with Brand and Marketing to build and manage new landing pages, assets and journeys using our CMS (ContentStack)

        Work with Data and Customer Analytics to track and analyse website performance data, and use insights from Amplitude to inform optimisation and segmentation strategies

        Monitor website performance metrics, including conversion rate, bounce rate, and session duration, and report on performance to stakeholders


Are you?


        4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation, with a track record of driving improvements in website conversion rates

        Strong understanding of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies

        Experience with Optimizely or similar A/B testing platforms

        Experience with CMS tools such as ContentStack

        Experience with web analytics tools such as Amplitude (preferred) or Google Analytics

        Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data to inform optimization strategies

        Strong attention to detail and project management skills
