Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with key stakeholders to create, organize, prioritize, and complete various web development projects.
• Moving web development projects through a multi-touch yet well-oiled pipeline.
• Recruiting (when necessary), training, and managing a small team of junior- and mid-level web developers.
• Regularly auditing, diagnosing, and improving websites for key technical SEO metrics, including overall site speed and Google Core Web Vitals.
• Ensuring all organic websites perform well on desktop, mobile, and everything in between.
• Working with editors, designers, and the web development team to improve and maintain the content publishing process.
• Proactive communication and leadership to ensure all stakeholders are informed

• 8 Years as a developer
• Front-End development 6 years 
• Css 6 years 
• HTML & CSS - How to write and edit core markup languages and understand how they shape both website and webpage structures.
• WordPress & PHP - The ability to navigate WordPress admin tool, build and edit short codes, and download and integrate plugins.
• JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery - Knowledge of all three, including the ability to write and review code in JS.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL or similar database.
•  SEO
  • Google Analitycs: Crawling, rendering, and indexing sitemaps.

• Google Search Console: Identify and solve issues related to page speed and core web vitals. Also, ability to set canonical tags and check issues with them.
• English B2 or higher
