Duties and Responsibilities
Focus on building user interfaces, ensuring visual appeal and responsiveness across different devices.
Responsible for creating custom modules, integrating APIs, and ensuring website functionality and performance.
Possess expertise in both front-end and back-end development, offering a broader skillset for comprehensive website development.
- Remote - Mexico or Colombia
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in PHP, the primary language for Drupal development.
- Deep understanding of Drupal architecture and its core functionalities.
- Familiarity with modules, themes, and custom development techniques.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
Additional Skills:
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Command line interface (CLI) experience.
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles.
- Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
Required education, certifications and experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, clients, and other developers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies as the Drupal ecosystem evolves.
