Position Intro:
The Intern would be assisting the CUSA Digital Platforms Team, in analyzing and managing business operations for digital platforms titles. The Intern will be exposed to the publishing operations in the interactive entertainment industry, through providing digital sales analysis and reporting, sales tracking, and promotions.
Will also work with cross- functional groups such as Senior Management, Marketing, Console Sales, and other relevant stakeholders.
Highly impactful in enabling new digital businesses opportunities for Capcom.
This is a short-term, entry-level, temporary position expected to last between 6 – 8 weeks and will be considered and compensated accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Support Digital Platforms Team in daily digital business operations
- Data entry of pricing/discounts into Confluence Database as offers are confirmed by Digital Sales Managers
- Track and record digital promotions and inform Sales Analyst for forecasts and recaps
- Generate digital keys per product, keep track of key inventory, keep track of keys delivered to distributors.
- Submit promotion and discount information into 1st party portals for any given campaign
- Assist in creation of marketing assets to promote sales/discounts
- Fact-checking prices and discount rates on actual stores when the promotion launches.
- Assist putting together a sales promotion report by capturing ad placements and social posts web and console dashboard.
- Record meetings notes from Partner meetings and provide summaries with action items
- Other tasks/projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is pursuing a BS degree in Business Administration, marketing, economics, or other related field.
- Experience with data entry
- Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Excel
Skills & Abilities:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization & problem-solving skills
- Experience working with online databases.
- Familiarity with Capcom’s portfolio of IPs a plus
- Exceptional project management, analytical and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- $20 - $26 per hour depending on experience

Work is generally performed in a hybrid-office environment with 2-days in the office where noise level is usually moderate or WFH (work from home) as agreed and set between the intern and manager.
