Job Summary:

The project manager is responsible for the planning and execution of a portfolio of ATM, smart safe, and recycler associated projects on time and on budget. The project manager’s primary role is to proactively structure and manage project tasks to ensure high quality and timely delivery while managing costs and mitigating risks. The Project Manager is also responsible for assisting the sales team with pre-sales information, and may participate in pre-sales discussions with clients.


Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

  • Participates with the sales team in assessing capability, requirements and installations of service delivery projects.
  • Develops proposals, estimates and contracts for medium and large service delivery projects.
  • Manages the resources assigned to the project(s).
  • Meets with customers to present proposals, performance metrics and solve problems.
  • Monitors and forecasts project revenue and expenses.
  • Serves as customer operations contact for assigned projects or major contracts.
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts to explain the Burroughs project management process, assess client requirements, and discover information required to prepare a quotation
  • Prepare and assess project quote requests in accordance with profit margins as defined by senior leadership
  • Coordinate with field operations on project scheduling to ensure project time management requirements are met
  • Manage administrative tasks to include equipment procurement and tracking, contractor work orders, and project cash flow
  • Deliver clear and timely communications to leadership, internal team members, and external customers on project status or concerns
  • Identify and make recommendations to increase team/department efficiencies of project management related tasks
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on project revenue and forecasting

    • Strong Microsoft experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and cell phone.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment
  • Up to 10% travel required


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ yrs experience in project management roles preferred
