Position Overview:

 

We are currently seeking a determined Program Manager who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

 

Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and executing new revenue initiatives across the organization. The Program Manager must manage initiative strategy, maintaining alignment with core company goals and objectives through managed projects. This role will work across senior leadership throughout the organization and coordinate handoff to senior leadership teams to ensure project completion. It is expected for this position to have a wide latitude of program involvement, including developing the strategy, building business cases, defining the objective of projects and programs, and a willingness to dive deep, if needed, for success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project strategy and objectives. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects. 
  • Program manage new revenue strategies  
  • Effectively apply change and risk management 
  • Work with senior leadership to understand and track performance and profitability across projects and programs. 
  • Evaluate and measure project effectiveness and success. 
  • Assist and work with BI teams to develop clear reporting and status updates. 
  • Process evaluation and implementation. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, specialization in Business, Finance, and Program Management.
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience 
  • Strong and effective communication skills 
  • Possess business acumen, including the ability to conduct financial and performance analysis across projects. 
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business vision for cross-disciplined project teams. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Program management skills, and formal skills are preferred. 
  • Comfortable with reviewing and analyzing data. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task with shifting priorities 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with project management and Data Analytics software (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
