Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a determined Data Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Field Service and Operations (Field Tech) organization, leveraging data to improve scheduling efficiency, reduce backlog, and drive business performance. You will work cross-functionally with Field Operations, Sales, and Market Operations leadership to build dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

This role requires strong technical capability, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights and presentations. You will play a critical role in identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement across the field operations ecosystem.

**This position is remote; however, it requires a minimum onsite presence in Dallas, TX once a month for meetings.

**Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Confirm accurate data sources and help identify missing or ambiguous data impacting comprehensive reporting that could lead to code corrections.
  • Utilization of tools to collect, organize and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Monitor analysis progression and identify potential risk or deviations to initial finding, while maintaining accurate and up to date project documentation through analysis lifecycle.
  • Help to identify and present actionable recommendations that align with the objective role and goals.
  • Assist, when needed, in the implementation of improvements identified to enhance operations.
  • Support optimization of field scheduling strategies using data-driven insights
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau or similar) to track KPIs across Field Service, Sales, and Operations
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and meet sales and service goals
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within field service operations
  • Monitor postproduction implementation efforts to determine effectives of change and communicate concerns/issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare analysis report for management heads to understand the data- analysis steps. Including an outline of potential value, risk, and constraints. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  •  2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL and data manipulation
  • Experience working with large, raw datasets and transforming them into meaningful insights
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through data
  • Aptitude to learn analysis tools and query data to identify and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate and visually depict findings in a clear and concise manner.
