Position Overview:

 

We are currently seeking a determined Senior Market Operations Manager who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

 

The Sr. Market Operations Manager in our East Region will report to the Senior Director of Field Operations, this role will be primarily responsible for the Day-to-day oversight of all the in our East Region overseeing 4 Marketing Operation Managers in your region. You will help guide your direct managers to ensure that customer expectations and business operations goals are met to the highest standards and achieve revenue targets. You will also need to help resolve customer issues and incident reports as well as prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the organization's operations and finances. Candidate can sit in either our Eastern or Central standard Time

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • People-related matters such as hiring, development, assessment, and terminations.
  • Identify underperforming assets and create a plan to address deficiencies and bring the property back up to performing levels
  • Oversee the financial performance and key operating metrics
  • Support of company-wide rollouts
  • Annual operating budgeting preparation
  • Foster strong relationships with varying internal groups
  • Knowledge about surrounding markets and work towards ways to beat the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED; 2–4-year degree in a technical field from accredited college or university preferred.
  • Must have 5+ years of industry (alarm security) and project management experience.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills, energetic, self-motivated, dependable to work under little or no supervision and demonstrate job stability and eagerness to learn.
  • Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressure.
  • Physical requirements:
    • May include climbing up or down ladders, occasional lifting up to 50lbs, stairs, scaffolding, ramps and the like; remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods; moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another; moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces; and general office duties including use of a computer.
