Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Pricing is a newly created position within the recently establishing Pricing & Revenue (P&R) team within the Commercial Services organization.  This role will optimize Brinks Home revenue strategy, driving pricing and revenue growth for the the commercial functions including sales, marketing, product development and lifecyle management. The Senior Manager, Pricing will be a key player in the development and execution of best practices, working closely with the cross-functional leaders, driving strategic and tactical pricing decisions. This role will create and provide critical pricing insights, develop tools, monitor compliance and identify opportunities. The Senior Manager, Pricing will act as change agent for the pricing function, co-developing multi-dimensional pricing strategies, and monitor the overall pricing performance and compliance.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop pricing strategies by channel and product to maximize revenue growth while achieving optimal unit economics
  • Develop and maintain a pricing structure for item pricing, based on sales efficiency, geography and channel
  • Partner with revenue analytics and competitive intel teams to provide data-driven revenue growth
  • Manage price positioning transformation with consumer financing and buy-now-pay-later products
  • Develop revenue innovations for a multi-dimensional customer base
  • Drive adoption of a new pricing strategy that delivers a value-based structure
  • Sales platform optimizations that translate pricing strategies to sales team for effective delivery
  • Partner with marketing teams to create cadenced, proactive promotional planning
  • Partner with revenue analytics to drive price testing and optimizations


Ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience; prior Pricing experience require
  • Bachelor's degree required; specialization in Finance, Accounting, Economics or advanced mathmetics or other relevant fields of study
  • Strong analyticall and research skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience in multi-channel go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in direct to consumer marketing, pricing and customer lifecyle management
  • Experience with recurring monthly revenue business models with an strong understanding of customer retention
  • Influencing and highly collaborative in cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills
  • E-commerce experience and understanding of a digital funnel
  • Business finacials and value proposition development
  • Pricing strategy and frameworks
  • Business and financial modeling
  • Self-starter and ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task with shifting priorities
  • Working knowledge of data visualtion tools, specifically Tableau
  • Strong knowledge of MSOffice products, specifically Excel and/or Access
